That I finally did my first custom repaint job..
I took a spinblade skeletor and repainted him, I have to say he looks badass, I'll have to get a pic of him up somehow.. One question though.. I'm trying to figure out how to keep his joints from ripping the paint off.

Can't wait for the pics. Someone here should know how to solve the 'joint' problem.

Well, you can spray him with a clear sealant. I use Krylon, Matte Finish if using it. That will help some, but the only true way to make sure of no shipping on some joints, is to not move them, or move them as little as possible.

I'll try and get a pick up soon.. I only did Skeletor and his armor.. Skeletor's a bloody reddish color, which I like..and I found the post I was lookin for with the superglue on toothpick covering method for joints you don't want your repaint stripping the paint from.

The best trick I have found to prevent paint from rubbing off of joints is this: Super Glue.

After you paint it, take a tooth pick and apply a small amount of super glue to the painted part (be careful not to get any glue IN the joint, or it won't move at all). When it dries, the paint won't rub off nearly as easy unless its a really tight joint. I have had a lot of success with this technique.
